Why in the world would two Nuns need Identification Badges?
According to the FEMA Identification Chart above the Nun's yellow badges means they're support staff

A double bonus ID Card and matching orange coats

The nuns probably have badges because they work at St. Rose school.
Members of the media wear identification badges. There would be -lots- of media around that day, right?
Teachers from the school were also around the firehouse that day. I bet they have badges.
Even engineering professionals for large companies (ie, parents) often have badges.

Wow!The first commenter really wants you to believe that all these people wearing badges, just happen to be at the same place at the same time. The fact of the matter is, and it is a fact, participants in these FEMA CAPSTONE events all wear badges designating their roles in the drill.
Dodgy evidence at best. None of the badges that are clear enough to compare even resemble each other.
I don't understand ... If this was a hoax wouldn't members of the community come forth? Not denying it, just trying to understand.
That young guy with the lanyard to the left of Rosen, In the video he was kind of giggling and acting amused, He kind of resembles Ryan Fetchick, who died in a freak accident in Sandy Hook in 2017, his own truck ran him over. Strange
Looks like those nuns have never worn those pair of shoes before in their life, almost like it was a costume... Super clean shoes for "Town Nuns"
